Roles & Responsibilities:

Device and execute end-to-end Influencer marketing strategy for India's leading child nutrition brand Gritzo

Identifying relevant influencers monthly

Competitive benchmarking around influencer activations to maintain maximum share of voice for the brand on social media
-
Review and upgrade the influencer associations on a periodic basis performance metrics of social media engagement and traffic
-
Exceptional scripting and content writing skills are essential

Track and maintain a repository of all influencer campaigns and deliverables
-
Support planning, stargazing and execution of various Influencer campaigns which involves brainstorming, content ideas, influencer screening across categories- Nutrition, Wellness, Lifestyle & Fitness, communicating and coordinating, timely execution, and maintaining reports

Managing various vendors and agencies for influencer marketing initiatives

Track performance of all influencer marketing projects

Keep a track of weekly targets and help the team to achieve the same

Measurable improvements to perform

Stay current with digital media trends and tools

Work with other departments (product development, creative, merchandising, operations, and sales, etc.) to ensure goal and strategy alignment
Requirements:

Should be from an agency background having dealt with various Influencer campaigns. D2C brand experience is a plus.

Good negotiation skills to ensure maximum ROI for the budgets

Should have worked with a mix set of influencers – Category A+, A, B, Micro
-
Understand nuances of working with influencers on different platforms – YouTube, Instagram
-
Blend of creativity, analytical, perseverance, and results-oriented problem-solving skills
-
Strong sense of ownership and appetite for learning

Proficient in Word, Excel (Moderate to advanced excel experience), Outlook and PowerPoint
-
An eye for potential digital creator

A team-oriented mindset and the ability to work with the wide range of individuals

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

Should have 1-3 years of experience in Influencer marketing

Excellent communication skills

Bachelor's/PG in marketing or relevant work experience
