We are seeking a proactive and organized Influencer Coordinator with strong knowledge of the Saudi and GCC influencer landscape to support our influencer marketing initiatives. This role focuses on identifying suitable creators, managing collaborations, coordinating campaign details, and ensuring deliverables are executed on time and according to brand requirements. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working with Saudi influencers, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for digital content and social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management

Identify suitable influencers, creators, and KOLs across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube relevant to brand goals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with local influencers, talent managers, and agencies.

Handle influencer inquiries, approvals, and communication throughout campaign cycles.

Support the negotiation of collaboration terms, remuneration, deliverables, and deadlines.
Campaign Coordination

Assist in planning influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

Prepare briefs, coordinate requirements, and ensure influencers clearly understand expectations.

Track influencer deliverables, content submissions, and publishing schedules.

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Social Media, Creative Design, PR) to ensure campaign consistency.
Content Review & Quality Assurance

Review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, cultural relevance, and campaign messaging.

Ensure content complies with Saudi regulations, including advertising disclosure requirements.

Coordinate revisions with influencers as needed.
Monitoring, Reporting & Analytics

Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) using analytics tools and platform insights.

Prepare post-campaign reports with insights and recommendations.

Monitor influencer trends, viral content, and competitor activities within Saudi Arabia and GCC.
Market Knowledge

Stay updated on Saudi and GCC digital culture, influencer trends, and platform preferences.

Understand local audience behavior and cultural sensitivities to ensure tailored content.
Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, PR, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in influencer coordination, social media marketing, or talent management.

Hands-on experience working with influencers in the **Saudi market** is required.
Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Familiarity with influencer platforms ( e.g. Brandwatch), contracts, and campaign workflows.

Good understanding of Saudi social media trends, cultural nuances, and audience behavior.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Strong Arabic (native) and English communication skills.

Experience using tracking/reporting tools (e.g., Brandwatch,Instagram Insights, TikTok Creator tools, Sprinklr or equivalent).
