We’ve been operating in the US for over 15 years and are now entering a new phase of expansion.

In April 2026, we are opening a new office in Marina del Rey.

Our focus over the next three years is simple:
Build a powerful brand in North America through content, partnerships, and cultural relevance.

The Role

We are looking for someone to lead influencer partnerships across North America.

This is not a coordination role.
This is a deal-making role.

You will identify, build, and execute partnerships with the top creators that mothers actually follow and trust.

Your job is to turn those relationships into real brand growth.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and build relationships with top family and parenting influencers across North America
• Negotiate and execute brand deals, collaborations, and long-term partnerships
• Manage content collaborations from concept through to posting
• Work closely with our digital marketing team to amplify campaigns
• Source high-quality collaboration opportunities aligned with our customer base (mothers)
• Track performance and continuously improve ROI from partnerships
• Build a repeatable system for influencer growth, not one-off deals

Reporting Structure

• Reports directly to our Chief Marketing Officer (Australia)
• Managed locally by our Vice President, United States

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in influencer marketing or partnerships
• Proven track record working with creators at scale
• Deep understanding of the North American creator landscape
• Experience working with mother / family audiences
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with a clear focus on ROI
• High ownership and ability to operate independently

We are not looking for someone who sends emails to influencers.
We are looking for someone who can build meaningful partnerships that move the brand.

• Growth in brand recognition across North America
• Strong increase in social following across all platforms
• High-performing influencer collaborations that convert
• Ongoing relationships with top-tier creators

Compensation

Flexible.
We will pay properly for someone who can deliver real outcomes.
