Job Description

• Recruit and invite TikTok creators to join our affiliate program
• Communicate daily with creators and maintain strong relationships
• Identify the right creators for specific products
• Motivate creators to produce more content and increase sales
• Manage affiliate activities, performance, and basic reporting
• Offer bonuses, incentives, and retainers to high-potential creators
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, creator performance, and product fit

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in affiliate marketing or influencer outreach
• Ability to work full-time in EST (U.S.) hours
• Comfortable communicating with U.S.-based creators
• Reliable internet and proper working environment
• Fast learner with good marketing sense

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
