Influencer & Social Media Marketing Executive (Kannada/Telugu)

Job Summary

Flo Mattress is urgently hiring a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive for our office in Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai.

The role involves influencer outreach, campaign management, and reporting, with a chance to own campaigns end-to-end at one of India’s fastest-growing D2C brands.

Fluency in Kannada or Telugu (at least one) is mandatory.

Location: Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai (Work from Office, Mon–Sat)
Experience: 6 months – 1 year (influencer/social media marketing)
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month (in-hand)
Start Date: Immediate joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Research & shortlist influencers aligned with brand goals.
• Reach out, pitch collaborations & negotiate deliverables.
• Plan, execute & monitor influencer campaigns across platforms.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines & content delivery.
• Build & maintain influencer database & relationships.
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
• Work with content/design teams for brand alignment.
• Re-purpose influencer content for ads, emailers & website.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

• 6 months – 1 year experience in influencer or social media marketing.
• Fluency in either Kannada or Telugu (mandatory).
• Good communication & negotiation skills.
• Basic Excel skills for reporting & tracking.
