As we scale our affiliate and influencer operations for our clients, we're looking for a sharp, creative, and driven Influencer/Affiliate Specialist to join our growing team.

Role Overview

You will be the go-to person managing the affiliate programs of our agency's clients — from recruiting the right influencers and affiliates to tracking performance and maximizing returns. You'll work at the intersection of relationships, data, and creativity across some of the most exciting eCommerce platforms out there.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end affiliate programs for multiple clients — from onboarding partners to tracking conversions and payouts
• Identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with influencers, content creators, and affiliate partners that align with each client's brand
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies tailored to each client's goals across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and beyond
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics (clicks, conversions, ROI) and prepare regular reports for clients
• Coordinate with internal creative and content teams to ensure affiliate campaigns are well-supported with assets
• Stay up to date with trends in influencer marketing, affiliate platforms, and competitor activity
• Think outside the box to propose fresh ideas, new partnership models, and growth opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or a related digital marketing role (agency experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills — you know how to build relationships and keep partners engaged
• A creative, problem-solving mindset — you don't wait for playbooks, you write them
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms like Amazon or TikTok Shop is preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Analytical thinking — comfortable reading data and turning insights into action
• A sense of ownership — you take accountability for the results you deliver
