ValueMomentum is seeking experienced Informatica ETL Developers with strong expertise in ETL development, data integration, and data warehousing technologies to join our growing Technology Solution Center.

In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL solutions using Informatica technologies while ensuring high data quality, performance, and reliability. The ideal candidate should possess strong SQL skills, hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter, and a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter, PowerExchange, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications and implement efficient data integration solutions.
• Optimize ETL workflows for performance and efficiency, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum throughput.
• Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the ETL lifecycle by implementing validation and data cleansing routines.
• Conduct unit and integration testing of ETL processes and provide troubleshooting and post-production support.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for ETL processes, workflows, and data mappings.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and contribute to database design decisions.
• Analyze and resolve data integration and performance-related issues effectively.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter and other Informatica products.
• Strong SQL expertise with experience in databases such as DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server.
• Good understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and BI architecture.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux scripting.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling tools such as IBM Workload Scheduler.
• Familiarity with data modeling techniques and schema designs including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Insurance domain will be an added advantage.

Good To Have

• Experience in P&C Insurance domain projects.
• Exposure to cloud-based ETL and data integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and optimization techniques for ETL processes.
