About the Company

Sienna Systems is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cybersecurity Document Support Specialist to join the Joint Interoperability Test Command (JITC) Test Evaluation and Certification II Services (TEC II) team in Fort Huachuca, Arizona.

About the Role

Support cybersecurity reporting and documentation efforts for Department of Defense (DoD) systems under evaluation. Assist with compiling and submitting reports such as:

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity Architecture Documents (CADs)
• IAVA (Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert) Summary and Detail reports
• STIG compliance summaries
• Security Control Compliance Reports
• Help maintain records in tools like ACAS and eMASS, including coordination documents and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Track and update Point of Contact (POC) lists and other key project documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret security clearance
• CompTIA Security+ or CEH certification (preferred)
• Associate’s degree; or at least 60 semester hours of formal education working toward a degree and 2 years of experience; or 4 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with basic systems administration or cybersecurity concepts, practices, and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong written communication and organizational skills

Required Skills

• Experience working with cybersecurity tools such as ACAS and eMASS
• Prior support role in a cybersecurity or IT documentation environment

Pay range and compensation package

Salary: up to $58,000 based on experience
