System Security Specialist (CISSP/CISM) — Required security stack

Must demonstrate capability for:

• UAE data protection compliance + DMT/ITC cybersecurity framework adherence.
• Encryption in transit and at rest, secure handling of sensitive operational/financial data.
• RBAC + audit trails architecture and verification.
• Application security scanning and stress testing with formal reports per ITC standard.

AI governance documentation: transparency, explainability, traceability, non-bias mechanisms (where AI features exist).
