Information Security Analyst (contract)

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Hilton through Talent Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by Talent Solutions and will not be an employee of Hilton. ***US based role reporting to our Memphis, TN or Dallas, TX office working onsite 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week ***

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic cybersecurity team where you will play a critical role in protecting enterprise systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing endpoint security operations, vulnerability management processes, and supporting network security initiatives across a large-scale environment. This hands-on position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge security technologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen the organization's security posture. You will leverage your technical expertise to automate processes, conduct security assessments, and respond to emerging threats in both on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage endpoint security operations using enterprise endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools
  • Manage vulnerability management processes, including scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking, and validation
  • Support enterprise patching and remediation efforts across large environments
  • Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages to improve operational efficiency
  • Support Network Access Control (NAC) to enforce device compliance and secure connectivity
  • Perform cyber review processing, including security assessments of systems, applications, and infrastructure changes
  • Review firewall rules, network flows, and access requests to ensure alignment with security standards
  • Assist with network security operations, including segmentation validation, access control reviews, and basic traffic analysis
  • Collaborate with IT, infrastructure, and network teams to troubleshoot and resolve security issues
  • Support incident response, including investigation of endpoint and network-related alerts
  • Assist in maintaining secure configurations across on-premises and cloud environments

Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint protection and vulnerability management platforms
  • Strong understanding of patch management, remediation processes, and security validation
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar languages
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, segmentation, firewall rules, and access control
  • Experience reviewing or supporting security controls for network or infrastructure changes
  • Familiarity with cloud environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:
  • 1-3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, endpoint security, vulnerability management, or network security
