PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES

As a professional it is important that you maintain professional boundaries with clients and former clients

of BRH. This means they do not receive a personal phone number or be ‘friended’ on social media. If a

person wishes to contact you for work purposes, they do so thru BRH mainline. Please note that dating a

client is just cause for loss of credential, license and employment. Please note that hugging of clients is

strictly forbidden by professional staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Information Technician is responsible for the following:

● Website changes/design

● Exit Surveys, in addition to other surveys

● Bear Charts maintenance

● Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and

scanners.

● Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks, including VOIP systems.

● Responding promptly to service issues and requests.

● Providing technical support across the company.

● Setting up accounts for new users.

● Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.

● Testing new technology, training staff on technology use, knowledge of Google Suite.

● Running and patching of low volt wire.

● Knowledge of Windows Advance Directory Server.

● Tracking and Inventory of IT resources.

● Maintaining Camera Systems.

● Evaluating and improving security of all systems including EMR, G-Suite and Server

● Maintaining wireless connectivity for staff across all locations.

● Working with MSP to ensure all services are adequately provided.

● Auditing EMRs, AD Server, G-Suite and other accounts to ensure the timely removal of

users who no longer require access to systems.

● Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk,

use of hands and fingers to handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, talk, and hear. The

employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to be on

his/her feet for extended periods of time.

Job performance is evaluated according to policy provisions and contractual agreements

adopted by the Walloon Lake Recovery Lodge. The Walloon Lake Recovery Lodge is an equal
