Information Technologist I (IMO)
Location: Fort Hood, TX (1 position)
Role Summary: Provides comprehensive client administration for Microsoft desktop and laptop systems. Responsible for "touch labor" support, configuration management, and hardware/software troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain Microsoft Intune accounts and troubleshoot system baseline applications.
Perform network registration of client equipment and coordinate image changes with the NEC.
Provide 2-hour priority support for classrooms and Senior Leadership (O-6/GS-15 and above).
Execute commercial hardware repairs and maintain technical continuity documentation.
Mandatory Qualifications:Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required.
Security: Active SECRET clearance is mandatory.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (or Associate's with 3 years of related experience).
Experience: Minimum 2 years of client support in a Microsoft Windows-based environment (Windows 11/M365).
Compliance: IAT Level II Certification (Security+ CE) and Computing Environment (CE) training.
