🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Manager / Manager – IT Application Management to lead end-to-end application lifecycle, manage stakeholders, and drive high-impact IT initiatives.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead application lifecycle management (development → deployment → optimization)

• Manage stakeholders, vendors, and client expectations

• Drive large-scale IT application projects

• Ensure performance, scalability, and security compliance

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team

• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of IT experience

• Strong managerial + technical expertise

• Insurance domain experience is MUST (Life / Medical / General Insurance)

• Experience in ITSM / ITIL frameworks & enterprise applications

• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

• Preference for locally available candidates

💰 Compensation

💼 Salary Range: QAR 22,000 – 25,000 + benefits

💡 Open for higher expectations as well but based on experience and interview performance
