IT Business Systems Analyst

Overview

We’re looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst to act as a key link between business stakeholders and IT. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, translating requirements into system solutions, and supporting the successful delivery and optimization of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate needs into functional specs, user stories, and workflows
• Partner with stakeholders and technical teams to implement solutions
• Support system enhancements, releases, and configuration changes
• Lead and coordinate testing efforts, including UAT
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and support production systems
• Identify process improvements and recommend technology solutions
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory standards

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Business Systems Analyst, IT Business Analyst, or similar
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience supporting enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
• Exposure to UAT, testing coordination, and system implementations
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Experience in regulated or professional services environments is a plus
