Key Responsibilities:

Client Relations

  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with client IT departments to gain an in-depth understanding of their technological challenges and business objectives.
  • Coordinate weekly cross-team meetings to synchronise project progress updates, technical requirements, and strategic alignments.
  • Develop and lead client update sessions, providing comprehensive insights into projects and gathering actionable feedback for continuous service improvement.

Personnel and Resource Management

  • Analyse and optimise resource allocation by aligning consultant capabilities with specific project and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the human resources department to develop accurate job descriptions, streamline recruitment processes, and conduct thorough candidate assessments.
  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programmes to ensure new consultants are fully prepared for immediate productivity.

IT Support and Work Environment

  • Ensure an optimal technological infrastructure by providing the tools, access, and resources required for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain a work environment that meets client standards and maximises team performance and productivity.

Performance Management

  • Implement rigorous performance appraisal processes with clear and measurable objectives for each team member.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and delivery commitments.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop strategic mitigation plans.
  • Maintain team cohesion and a low turnover rate through effective leadership and supportive management.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports for management, including detailed performance metrics, staffing updates, and financial projections.
  • Overseeing the HR aspects related to the consultants.


Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Between 3 to 5 years total experience a in an IT consultancy, managing consultants or being a team lead
  • Technical knowledge: expert understanding of delivery cycles, software support processes, Agile methodologies, and IT service management frameworks..
  • French is a Big plus
