As a member of the Professional Services & Asset & Wealth Management team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that shape the future of businesses. What you will be doing at Evalueserve:

  • Support in seeing through the execution of project timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
  • Collaborate with technical teams during project execution to track progress and resolve blockers.
  • Document test cases, results, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Monitor adherence to project standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Support on developing tracking methods, as well as preparing and delivering regular status updates, dashboards, and reports for leadership.
  • Manage project risks and proactively identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.
  • Conduct benchmarking and best practice research to enable project execution.
  • Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and follow up on deliverables.
  • Promote collaboration and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Manage workload distribution and track performance metrics.


What we're looking for:

  • An ideal candidate will have experience with a reputed organization, specializing in project management or management consulting, preferably with exposure to Governmental or Public Sector actors.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English: Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
  • Comfortable with on-site trips outside Egypt for a duration.
  • Confident in client communication and liaison with senior stakeholders.
  • Education in business administration / political science and economics.
  • Master’s degree and PMI certification preferred.
  • Well versed in using General web for research. Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Strong project management skills.
  • Possess a flexible & detail-oriented attitude.
  • Drive to achieve task/objective under tight time and delivery pressure.
  • Eye for detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively and on time.
  • Attitude to working as part of the team, connecting with various stakeholders.
