The Marketing Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing projects across multiple channels. This role ensures timelines, resources, and communication are aligned so campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating between creative, marketing, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end marketing projects from brief to launch

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task trackers

  • Liaise with internal teams (marketing, design, content, production) and external vendors

  • Track project progress, flag risks, and support issue resolution

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and brand guidelines

  • Prepare briefs, meeting agendas, and status reports

  • Support budget tracking and purchase orders when needed

  • Organize assets, approvals, and documentation

  • Assist with post-campaign reviews and performance reporting




Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • Excellent Communication skills

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project coordination, or similar roles

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Proficiency with project management tools

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
