Information Technology Consulting Manager

Our Company announces Job Vacancy – IT Consulting Manager in IT and Cybersecurity Consulting Department.

Job Objective / Summary:

To lead and deliver IT consulting services to clients by overseeing consulting teams, analyzing clients’ technical requirements, and designing and implementing innovative consulting solutions that support the achievement of their strategic goals, while ensuring the quality of deliverables, enhancing client satisfaction, contributing to the development of the consulting services portfolio, and supporting the Company’s business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

1- References

Ensure compliance with applicable international standards, instructions issued by relevant regulatory authorities, and best professional practices in the field of IT Consulting services.

2- Engagements

a. Manage the IT Consulting services portfolio through planning, organizing, and monitoring all engagements to ensure timely completion with the required quality level.

b. Review engagement letters with clients and ensure clarity of the scope of work and mutual obligations prior to implementation.

c. Supervise the execution of engagements from initiation to closure, ensuring added value is delivered to clients and their satisfaction is attained.

d. Review final IT Consulting reports and ensure their accuracy and compliance with professional standards as well as applicable laws and regulations.

e. Maintain ongoing coordination and communication with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations that support their decision-making process.

f. Manage the risks related to IT Consulting engagements and ensure contingency plans are in place to address them.

3- Team Management

a. Lead IT Consulting teams, allocate tasks considering their competencies and experience, and monitor their performance to ensure adherence to professional standards and quality of deliverables.

b. Develop and build the professional capabilities of IT Consulting teams through regular training, on-the-job coaching and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
2. Master’s degree in IT or Cybersecurity is an extra advantage .

Professional Certificates:

Professional Certificates are an extra advantage, e.g., Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Certificate, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Certificate and ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor Certificate

Experience:

1. Minimum experience of 10 years in IT Consulting services, preferably out of which minimum 5 years in international audit firms.
2. Experience in managing IT Consulting teams and developing their professional skills.
3. Experience in managing diversified IT Consulting portfolios across various sectors.

Skills:

• Proficiency in relevant international standards applicable to IT Consulting services, with the ability to apply them in practice.
• Thorough knowledge of the regulations and requirements of relevant regulatory authorities related to IT Consulting services.
• Strong leadership skills in managing, guiding and motivating teams.
• High efficiency in time and project management and adherence to time schedules.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to draft reports and presentations in English language while the Arabic language is an extra advantage .
