We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a proven track record in the Banking and Financial Services sector and prior Big 4 consulting experience to lead large-scale transformation programs for our client's tier-1 banking clients.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of multi-million-dollar banking transformation programs (core banking modernization, payments, regulatory & compliance, digital banking, open banking, etc.)

Act as the primary point of contact for C-level client stakeholders (CRO, CFO, Head of Operations, etc.)

Manage cross-functional teams (100–300+ FTEs) across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations

Drive program governance, financials (budget, P&L), risk & issue management, and milestone tracking

Ensure delivery excellence using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as required

Leverage Big 4 best practices in operating models, PMO frameworks, and client relationship management

Mentor and develop junior delivery resources; contribute to presales and solutioning when required
Requirements

Prior Big 4 (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) consulting experience is mandatory

Successfully delivered at least 3–5 large banking transformation programs (> $10M TCV each)

Deep domain knowledge in one or more areas: Core Banking (Temenos, Finacle, Flexcube, Mambu), Payments (SWIFT, SEPA, ISO 20022), Regulatory (Basel IV, PSD2, CCAR, IFRS9), Lending, Wealth Management, or Cards

Strong commercial acumen with full P&L responsibility experience

Certification preferred: PMP, Prince2, SAFe, AgilePM, or Big 4 internal delivery certifications
