Information Technology Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Systems
• Implement, configure, and maintain ERP software used in facility management operations.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot ERP issues, and liaise with vendors for enhancements and upgrades.
• Generate and analyze ERP reports to support management in decision-making.
• Ensure ERP system integration with other applications (HR, Finance, Asset Management, etc.).
• Networking & Infrastructure
• Maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall configurations.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security.
• Administer servers, storage, and backup systems to maintain business continuity.
• Manage IT hardware, software, and asset inventory.
• IT Support & Security
• Provide Level 2/3 IT support to employees across different sites/projects.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures, data protection policies, and access controls.
• Conduct regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and security audits.
• Coordinate with service providers for IT equipment maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaboration & Documentation
• Work closely with Operations, Finance, and HR teams to align IT systems with FM business needs.
• Prepare IT documentation, SOPs, and user training materials.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and technology upgrades in FM operations.
