Information Technology (IT) Leader/Manager

We are looking for a teammate with the following qualifications to be appointed as a " IT Leader/Manager" in the forest products sector in Turkey and in the world, located in Düzce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field,
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT management, including at least 2 years in a managerial/director-level rol,
• Proficient in networking, systems, databases, cybersecurity, and cloud Technologies,
• Professional proficiency in both Windows and Mac operating systems,
• Familiar with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001),
• Experience in end-user support and IT service management, preferably with ITIL certifications and implementation experience,
• Experience with enterprise software systems such as ERP, CRM, and BI tools,
• Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives, conduct impact analysis across processes, apply logical reasoning, and manage priorities and solutions effectively,
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills,
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities,
• Good command of written and spoken English.

Job Description

• Develop and implement the IT strategy aligned with company goals,
• Management and continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure (servers, network, data backup systems, firewalls, etc.),
• Monitoring the continuity and performance of enterprise applications such as SAP Business One, MES/MOM systems, and Power BI,
• System integration, centralized traceability, and data flow management of IoT devices on the production floor,
• Integration of IT infrastructure with production systems to ensure system-wide data integrity,
• Administer and optimize cloud systems (particularly Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive),
• Manage and develop internal portals/intranet platforms,
• Address internal users’ IT-related needs and enhance satisfaction levels,
• Follow emerging technologies and contribute to digitalization and automation efforts,
• Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions,
• Development and implementation of cybersecurity policies (firewall, EDR/XDR solutions, antivirus, access control, etc.),
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the IT team and day-to-day operations,
• Manage relationships with external software vendors and IT consultants.
