Information Technology Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assess and drive process and technology roadmaps for IT Infrastructure and digital transformation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect our organization's information systems and data.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, antivirus software, and access controls.
• Lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of Odoo, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and optimizing business processes.
• Customize and configure Odoo modules to meet specific business requirements and streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and implement Odoo enhancements and improvements.
• Conduct periodic security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential weaknesses.
• Proactively monitor, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of Odoo and associated systems.
• Evaluate and implement the right-fit industry products and technologies for infrastructure components such as servers, storage, networking, and security systems.
• Develop and drive the technology strategy, goals, and roadmaps in alignment with business objectives.
• Document procedures, scripts, programs, processes, and standards for future reference and effective data governance.

Education :

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.

Experience :

• 6-8 years of related job function/ industry/ experience.
• 2-3 years of demonstrable experience in digital transformation and information technology management/operations, with a focus on leveraging Odoo for business optimization.
