Mid MW Developer

We are looking for a skilled Mid Middleware (MW) Developer to design, develop, and maintain middleware solutions that ensure seamless integration between various enterprise applications and systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and support middleware services that facilitate communication, data exchange, and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain middleware components such as message brokers, ESB, and API gateways.
Develop and implement integration solutions using middleware platforms and tools.
Ensure reliable and secure data exchange between systems and applications.
Collaborate with application developers, architects, and business analysts to understand integration requirements and propose solutions.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize middleware performance and reliability.
Document middleware architecture, configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving middleware development standards and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience in middleware development and support.
Strong knowledge of middleware tools and platforms such as IBM WebSphere, TIBCO, MuleSoft, or similar.
Experience with message-oriented middleware, JMS, SOAP/RESTful services, and API management.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, or scripting languages used in middleware development.
Knowledge of integration patterns, data transformation, and error handling.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
