As part of a highly dynamic team, the candidate will be responsible for developing solutions and coordinating the integration across an enterprise or different system components to ensure that final solutions meet the identified business needs.
In addition, candidates in this role should be able to support different integration applications and reuse existing solutions when possible to deliver a realized business value.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and support software applications using TIBCO BusinessWorks based on product backlog features and business priorities
Understand and analyze business requirements to identify any gaps or missing specifications/prerequisites needed to perform development and testing activities based on TIBCO BusinessWorks solution
Participate in adding product backlog items for business review
Resolve defects and perform application maintenance activities
Deliver and integrate output on configuration management tools
Support TIBCO applications deployment and monitoring on different environments
Perform technical reviews on software design and coding
Follow standard team processes and guidelines and ensure process conformance
Contribute effectively in the continuous improvement of his/her project, team, and work environment by submitting improvement proposals whenever possible
Interact and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Provide needed support for his/her colleagues
Raise flags proactively for any issue that can impact his/her project or team
