Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure & Systems Management:

Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot company hardware (laptops, desktops, servers, printers, network devices).

Manage and monitor core IT systems: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace, backup solutions, and cybersecurity tools.

Ensure network performance, security, and availability (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).

Perform routine system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Technical Support & Help Desk:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support requests (Tier 1/2).

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and professionally.

Set up equipment for new hires and manage the IT asset inventory.

Document solutions and create user guides to build the internal knowledge base.
Security & Compliance:

Implement and enforce IT security policies, including antivirus, firewall, and access controls.

Educate staff on security best practices (phishing, password hygiene).

Assist in disaster recovery planning and data protection initiatives.

Ensure IT practices comply with relevant regulations.
Projects & Improvement:

Assist in planning and executing IT projects (e.g., software rollouts, cloud migrations, office expansions).

Research and recommend new technologies to improve operations and reduce costs.

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent professional certification (CompTIA A+/Network+, Microsoft Certified, etc.) and experience.

Proven experience
(2-5 years for a standard role; adjust accordingly)
in a similar IT support/administration role.

Strong knowledge of:

Windows & macOS operating systems.

Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration.

Active Directory and basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).

Hardware troubleshooting and repair.
-
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer-service skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
