Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Project Coordinator based in Muscat. The Project Coordinator will oversee and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are achieved. Responsibilities include coordinating between teams, allocating resources, tracking progress, troubleshooting project challenges, and communicating updates to stakeholders. The role also involves maintaining project documentation and ensuring that all compliance and technical standards are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills to ensure seamless execution and delivery of IT projects
• Solid foundation in Information Technology, with knowledge of IT infrastructure, Data Centers, Networking, and Data Security
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to solve problems and analyze project performance
• Effective Communication skills to manage stakeholders, provide updates, and facilitate team collaboration
• Prior experience in coordinating IT projects or similar roles is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Management, or related field
• Familiarity with software tools for project management and collaboration and Microsoft Project
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
