Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related problems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Ensure data security and implement backup and recovery procedures.
- Maintain and update IT documentation, including system configurations and user guides.
- Coordinate with third party Technology Solutions Provider for procurement, maintenance, and support of IT equipment.
- Assist in planning and implementing IT upgrades and new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Support audiovisual and communication systems (e.g., video conferencing, VoIP).
- Train staff in IT systems and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking, and cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, backup solutions, and enterprise software like SAP.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
