Information Technology Specialist provides technical support services, including support for desktops, laptops, file/print servers, business networks and data/telecommunications needs. Ideal candidates enjoy continuous learning and can think creatively about solutions in a budget conscious environment. Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking & problem solving, self-motivated & highly organized professional needed. This is a very hands-on position, with advanced technical expertise and exceptional customer service management skills.

A successful candidate collaborates with the management team, attorneys, and staff to facilitate the streamlined operation of the technology in all offices.

• Collaborates with Management team to assist with implementation of IT solutions
• Performs employee moves, transfers and new hire deployments
• Provides IT and database support, solutions, and troubleshooting
• Assists with cloud-based solutions and maintains IT infrastructure
• Studies security and reliability risks and works collaboratively to find solutions
• Provides technical expertise and experience to evaluate new technologies
• Provides Data Manipulation and help plan/execute data migrations, Eblasts, DB Reporting
• Supports users out of our HQ office
• Educate users and customize fields in Database software
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
• Assist with sustaining network integrity, server deployment, and security
• Capable of creating, managing and modifying custom reports as needed
• Familiarity with programming languages for APIs

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field
• Previous experience with Microsoft Windows Server preferred
• Previous experience with Cisco switches and routers preferred
• MCSE certification a plus
• Microsoft Azure integration or AWS experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
