Role Purpose

To support store operations by ensuring accurate POS updates, stable IT systems, and timely technical assistance across hardware, software, and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement POS price changes and ensure accuracy.
• Provide L1/L2 support across systems, software, and hardware.
• Handle ServiceNow tickets and follow up on requests.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
• Maintain the lab and testing environment.
• Install required files in stores.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Manage hardware and software staging.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the RT Manager or Team Leader.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an IT Associate or similar role.
• Experience in restaurant/hospitality IT is preferred.
• Experience working within a franchise model is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of POS systems and operational technologies.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to use data and reports to support operational improvements.
• Familiarity with hardware/software staging and deployment.
• Strong vendor management skills.
