STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
1). Describe your experience managing IT projects through the California Department of Technology (CDT) Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL). Include your specific role in developing artifacts such as Project Charters, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and Risk Logs.
2). Provide a detailed example of a time you led Requirements Elicitation sessions for a complex technical initiative. How did you identify the gap between "as-is" and "to-be" workflows, and what steps did you take to ensure the final solution met business objectives?
3). Describe your experience developing Statements of Work (SOW) and managing IT vendor contracts. How have you monitored project performance against cost baselines and validated vendor invoices to ensure fiscal responsibility?
4. Describe your experience managing technical projects that fall outside the formal PAL process (e.g., hardware refreshes or maintenance). Additionally, discuss your familiarity with State of California IT Procurement standards and certifications.
