Experience Required : 8 - 10 years of experience in the same field
Main Tasks
- Requirements gathering and analysis to understand business needs. Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements. Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories or specifications.
- Business Process Analysis Map and analyze current ("as-is") business processes, identify inefficiencies, gaps, or redundancies, design future ("to-be") processes to improve productivity or quality, and use tools like flowcharts, BPMN diagrams, or swimlane diagrams.
- Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specs (FRDs), or user stories.
- Maintain traceability matrices to ensure all requirements are met during development.
- Generate business intelligence reports or dashboards (often with help from data teams).
- Liaise with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts. Act as a communication bridge between business and IT/development teams. Manage expectations and ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by writing test cases, scripts, and verifying results. Validate solutions against requirements to ensure they meet business goals. Assist with issue tracking and resolution during testing.
- Support project planning, timelines, and scope definitions. Work with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure deliverables align with business needs.
- Coordinate with the vendor and partners in order to effectively implement solution and ensure timely delivery with adhere to the company policy, procedure and security requirements.
