We are looking for an
IT Support Specialist
to join our team and ensure smooth IT operations while safeguarding the company’s data and systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT system failures, connectivity problems, and security incidents.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT equipment.

Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access control.

Provide support for
MS Office applications
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.

Implement and manage
data backup and disaster recovery procedures
to ensure business continuity.

Monitor and enforce
cybersecurity protocols
to protect company data, including firewall management, antivirus updates, and vulnerability patching.

Identify and mitigate potential security risks through regular system audits and monitoring.

Maintain IT documentation, inventory, and asset management.
-
Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related purchases and services.

Assist in setting up and maintaining office networks and servers.
Requirements:

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience in technical support, troubleshooting, and network/system administration.

Strong knowledge of
Windows, Mac, cloud-based applications, and MS Office Suite
.

Familiarity with
firewalls, intrusion detection systems, encryption tools, and cybersecurity protocols
.

Experience implementing and maintaining
backup policies and disaster recovery plans
.

Ability to identify and respond to
phishing, malware, and other cyber threats
.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
