Help Desk Agent – Contract Opportunity

πŸ“ Location: South Jordan, UT

πŸ“… Duration: 6-12-month contract

πŸ’² Pay: $21 to $25/hour


Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and solving technical issues? We’re looking for a Help Desk Agent with 6 months to 2 years of experience (internships included) to join the team at a leading investment banking firm.


Ideal Candidate:

βœ” Recent graduate with a bachelor’s degree preferred

βœ” Relevant experience or internship in IT support or customer service

βœ” Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

βœ” Additional consideration for candidates with:

β€’ A college degree

β€’ Previous contact center or help desk experience


Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner

β€’ Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and applications

β€’ Handle incoming calls related to customer inquiries and account support

β€’ Deliver accurate, efficient service while meeting performance metrics and SLAs

β€’ Provide a positive customer experience by effectively resolving issues

β€’ Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions and resolutions
