We’re hiring an IT Support Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting a multi-site organization. This is a highly visible, front-facing role where you’ll be the go-to resource for employees needing fast, effective technical support.

Key Details

  • Pay: $24–$26/hour
  • Overtime: Eligible with manager approval
  • Schedule: Fully onsite during contract period (90–120 days)
  • Conversion: Strong performers will be considered for permanent hire


What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT support requests, managing tickets from intake through resolution
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues across desktops, printers, and peripherals
  • Support a Microsoft 365 environment, assisting users with day-to-day technical challenges
  • Install, configure, and maintain equipment and applications
  • Provide both onsite and remote support to internal users
  • Assist with system rollouts, user setup, and basic training
  • Document issues, resolutions, and recurring trends to improve response times and service quality


What They’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, or similar hands-on experience
  • Experience working within a ticketing system
  • Solid understanding of SLAs and how to prioritize and manage support requests
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software
  • Comfortable working in a Microsoft 365 environment
