Information Technology Support Technician

MUST BE BASED IN SOUTH FLORIDA

This will be fully onsite, and their office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 plus discretionary bonus (around 4%)F


MUST HAVES:

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Must be able to speak on leveraging AI tools to troubleshoot laptop, network, and general technical issues.
  • Experience supporting C-Suite executives


Key Factors:

  • The installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop/laptops computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines
  • Platforms in a multi-layered client server environment
  • Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware and software
  • Maintain an updated electronic equipment inventory in the asset management system
  • Maintaining endpoint inventory in support of C-Suite users
  • Must have a strong focus on quality customer service
  • Experience supporting remote users (Windows and Mac)
  • Experience basic with networking (TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN Configuration, DHCP), VPN, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network troubleshooting
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial
  • Manage Engines Tools (AD Manager, Endpoint Central or other Jamfnow, Intune MDM Solutions)
  • Jira experience
