This will be fully onsite, and their office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Salary:
$70,000 - $75,000 plus discretionary bonus (around 4%)F
MUST HAVES:

Must be able to speak on leveraging AI tools to troubleshoot laptop, network, and general technical issues.

Experience supporting C-Suite executives
Key Factors:
-
The installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop/laptops computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines

Platforms in a multi-layered client server environment

Works with procurement staff to purchase hardware and software

Maintain an updated electronic equipment inventory in the asset management system

Maintaining endpoint inventory in support of C-Suite users

Must have a strong focus on quality customer service

Experience supporting remote users (Windows and Mac)

Experience basic with networking (TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN Configuration, DHCP), VPN, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network troubleshooting

Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients and other departments

Strong written and oral communication skills

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial

Manage Engines Tools (AD Manager, Endpoint Central or other Jamfnow, Intune MDM Solutions)
