 Compensation:
 
 65k - 75k plus annual bonus
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with weekly check runs, ACH payments, and credit card reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate AP aging reports and support cash flow forecasting
 </li>
 <li>
 Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations
 </li>
 <li>
 Help maintain general ledger accuracy and assist with financial reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with expense reports, purchase orders, and internal audit requests
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payments
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
 
 
 &bull; 1+ of accounting or AP experience (internships welcome)
 
 
 &bull; Familiarity with QuickBooks
 
 
 &bull; Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn
