 We're placing a Financial Planning &amp; Analysis Analyst with a well-established company headquartered in The Woodlands. This role is a fit for someone who's already figured out how to use AI tools to work smarter &mdash; and wants to bring that into a high-visibility corporate finance function with direct exposure to senior leadership.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you'll be doing:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supporting the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Building and maintaining financial models to track performance against plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing variance analysis and management reporting packages for business unit and executive review
 </li>
 <li>
 Leveraging AI tools to automate recurring reporting, surface insights faster, and improve the quality of financial outputs
 </li>
 <li>
 Partnering cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and business leaders to gather inputs and explain results
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as priorities evolve
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What we're looking for:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 1 to 3 years of experience in FP&amp;A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to improve financial workflows, automate analysis, or enhance reporting &mdash; this is a real differentiator for this role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets; exposure to planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion) is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear communicator who can translate numbers into a story for non-finance audiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable managing competing deadlines
 </li>
