Information Technology Support Technician

Primary Responsibilities You will diagnose and repair PC hardware, including SSD cloning and RAM replacement, while supporting Windows, MacOS, and Linux environments. Beyond hardware, you will assist with software installations and clear technical communication for all users. A key component of this role is a commitment to self-learning in JavaScript, C#, HTML, SQL, and PHP to transition into development tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Technical: Practical experience with PC repair, multiple operating systems, and basic computer proficiency.
• Professionalism: High school diploma, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong customer-service mindset.
• Logistics: Ability to pass a drug and background screen; a valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Physical: Capability to handle prolonged desk work and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
