We are looking for an experienced
System and Network Team Lead
to join our growing IT department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, leading infrastructure projects, and contributing to the digital transformation initiatives of our company. You will manage daily IT operations, lead a team of professionals, and play a key role in both local and international IT projects.
Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily IT operations including server hardware, software, and operating systems

Manage and support IT infrastructure (servers, operating systems, email, security tools, applications, laptops, desktops, cabling, wireless technologies, etc.)

Track and manage hardware and software inventory
-
Define software, hardware, and consultancy requirements for end-user systems, prepare technical specifications, and manage procurement processes
-
Evaluate and test new technologies/products, manage demo activities, and prepare reports
-
Oversee installation and troubleshooting of IT-related devices (computers, printers, mobile devices, video conferencing systems, etc.)

Detect recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and document solutions in the knowledge base
-
Manage user accounts and access for business applications in compliance with IT security standards

Conduct system reviews, plan and implement updates and changes
-
Analyze and resolve service interruptions, implement preventive measures
-
Ensure seamless operation of all IT assets

Lead infrastructure improvement initiatives and solution development processes

Take part in both domestic and international IT projects
Technical Skills & Experience
-
Virtualization technologies: VMware, Hyper-V
-
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server and Linux operating systems
-
Management of Microsoft Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Server, IIS
-
Administration of Microsoft Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams)
-
Monitoring servers, networks, and storage devices (Manage Engine Op Manager)
-
Endpoint management (Manage Engine Endpoint Central)

Backup infrastructure management using Veeam Backup
-
Basic scripting and automation with PowerShell
-
VPN infrastructure and Privileged Access Management (PAM
)
systems

Server patch management, performance monitoring, and resource allocation

Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and execution
-
Leading IT infrastructure projects and managing documentation processes

Coordination with third-party vendors and service providers
-
IT asset management (licenses, warranties, maintenance contracts)

Providing technical support for

udit and internal control processes

License management

Cloud knowledge (Azure) is a strong plus
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics Engineering, or a related field
-
Minimum
10 years
of experience in system and network administration
-
Minimum
3 years
of team management experience
-
Professional level of English to read and understand technical documents,
-
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
-
Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and project management skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities
