Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking an experienced Application Management Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will primarily focus on application management, architecture design, and adherence to ITIL processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance, availability, and optimization of our company's applications while ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

• If you have:Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Maths, Statistics (or equivalent experience),
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Linux system administration (Ubuntu, Redhat, Suse),
• Experience in Windows operating system management, monitoring, and troubleshooting,
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management principles and practices,
• Strong understanding of network and security fundamentals like routing, web application firewall, cdn, etc.,
• Strong knowlage of windows and linux operating system configuration for heavy traffic load.
• Strong understanding of virtualization and container technology,
• Experience with application monitoring and performance management tools,
• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and optimization,
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Reponsibilities :

• Installing and managing applications located in domestic and international data centers, cloud environments, and e-commerce infrastructure platforms, as well as third-party applications, and continuously improving their performance.
• Taking necessary measures for the uninterrupted and efficient operation of applications and related services, and executing relevant operations,
• Participating in installation, patch management, and version upgrade activities for applications,
• Providing support for issues in Dev, Test, UAT, and Prod environments of applications,
• Managing the performance and resources of the systems they are responsible for, monitoring and interpreting application logs, and taking proactive actions when necessary,
• Collaborating with application suppliers and developers to troubleshoot issues and make necessary improvements,
• Working to resolve security findings on application servers.
