Role Description:
Manage and enhance initiatives that drive cybersecurity effectiveness by developing and executing vulnerability assessments, validation, and control assurance across all bank assets.
Core Responsibilities:

Plan and manage all vulnerability assessment and management activities needed to ensure systems patching and security.

Manage and plan both on-demand and periodic vulnerability management activities to ensure bank applications and systems security.

Handle security vendor management activities for vulnerability management technical projects from installation, implementation, integration, and expansion.

Plan vulnerability management activities, lead vulnerability assessment (VA) activities, and provide technical guidance to team members.

Plan vulnerability management activities needed to ensure applying different security patches and compliance validation requirements.

Provide tactical oversight of the team’s daily efforts.

Review and write detailed reports covering the goals and outcomes of vulnerability management, including significant observations and recommendations.

Maintain up-to-date awareness of current security trends, advisories, publications, academic research, new vulnerabilities, and CVEs.

Collaborate with other security teams to enhance threat detection and response capabilities.

Collaborate with different IT teams to ensure patching activities and vulnerability management.
Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Minimum 8 years of Cyber Security experience

Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English

Security certifications such as CCNP Security, CEH, SANS, CISSP, OSCP, or CSTA

Agile Mindset (Solution Architect or similar experience preferred)
