Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products, both remotely and onsite. You will work within a defined operating model, addressing issues related to hardware and software, and implementing technology solutions across server and network areas. Your role will require you to troubleshoot basic and intermediate level problems, ensuring that all configured services run efficiently on various platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques. - Experience with backup and recovery strategies for database systems. - Familiarity with performance tuning and monitoring tools. - Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL for database querying and scripting. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
