We are seeking a
System & Infrastructure Engineer L3
to design, implement, and optimize IT infrastructure and system solutions that ensure scalability, stability, and high availability. This role involves leading complex system integrations, troubleshooting advanced technical issues, developing disaster recovery strategies, and continuously enhancing system performance. The L3 Specialist will also mentor junior engineers, ensure compliance with internal and external standards, and drive infrastructure improvements in alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
System & Infrastructure Management

Design, plan, and operate IT infrastructure and systems to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Ensure high availability of infrastructure services and optimize system uptime and performance.

Lead the implementation of new IT infrastructure and system solutions for business projects.

Develop, implement, and test backup and disaster recovery procedures to ensure business continuity.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution

Diagnose and resolve advanced system issues to minimize downtime and improve reliability.

Collaborate with IT teams and vendors for critical issue resolution and performance optimization.

Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, root cause analyses, and resolution strategies.

Provide expert technical guidance to L2 engineers, end-users, and cross-functional teams.
Compliance and Change Management

Ensure adherence to change management processes and promote best practices.

Monitor and enforce compliance within IT operations, escalating critical issues as needed.

Lead the closure of audit findings and compliance reviews to maintain operational integrity.
Special Projects

Lead and execute assigned IT infrastructure or system-related projects as per management directives within defined timelines.
MIS & Reporting

Prepare and deliver accurate, timely departmental reports and performance dashboards.

Ensure high quality and accuracy of reports in alignment with company standards and policies.
Requirements:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred certification:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
.
Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, including server and application management.
Seniority Level:

Proficiency in
virtualization technologies
such as VMware, Hyper-V, or KVM.

Strong understanding of
storage systems
(SAN, NAS, and cloud storage).

Experience with
backup solutions

Advanced expertise in
Windows Server administration
, including SCCM, MS Exchange, Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and File Services.
