What We’re Looking For
The Technical Account Manager & Infrastructure Architect (TAM-IA) serves as both a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and a subject matter expert in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SOTI solutions. This role bridges technical expertise with customer advocacy, ensuring successful deployments, ongoing operational excellence, and strategic alignment of mobility solutions with customer business needs.
What You’ll Do
Customer Advocacy & Account Management

Act as the designated point of contact for a portfolio of Enterprise Support customers.

Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, developing an understanding of their business, mobility use cases, and future strategy.

Advocate for customer priorities internally and provide escalation support when cases require advanced expertise.

Partner with Account Managers to identify upsell opportunities and support renewals.

Deliver Annual Technical Reviews, summarizing environment health, support trends, and recommendations.

Conduct discovery calls to uncover additional use cases across business units.
Implementation & Technical Delivery

Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SOTI MobiControl and SOTI ONE solutions.

Perform software installations, system upgrades, and application configurations.
-
Design and deliver complete MDM/Enterprise Mobility solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.

Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during deployments.

Assist with technical migrations, integration projects, and large-scale rollouts.
Infrastructure Architecture & Support

Provide technical leadership to infrastructure teams in planning, designing, and delivering end-to-end solutions.

Support cloud and on-premise deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Ensure best practices for networking, security (SSL/TLS, firewalls, certificates), and server administration (Windows/Linux).

Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript) to improve system efficiency.

Contribute to product quality assurance through testing, issue documentation, and feedback to development teams.
Training, Knowledge Transfer & Documentation

Deliver training sessions and webinars to customers and internal teams (onsite and remote).

Produce clear technical documentation, implementation guides, and process standards.

Maintain and contribute to the knowledge base by logging troubleshooting steps, workarounds, and lessons learned.

Support end-user enablement and adoption through effective training and communication.
Experience You’ll Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (PMP/ITIL certifications a plus).

Experience:
-
5+ years in advanced technical roles (implementation, support, solutions architect).

Proven experience with enterprise mobility management (SOTI MobiControl, AirWatch, MobileIron, MaaS360, JAMF).
-
Strong background in infrastructure design/administration (Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, SQL, networking).

Prior consulting or customer-facing experience in technical delivery and account management.

Skills:

Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to balance multiple customer accounts and technical projects simultaneously.

Experience with risk management, security assessments, and process documentation.

Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
Other Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and international).

Ability to work across time zones with global teams.

Strong written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
