The
Civil Technical Office Manager
is responsible for leading and managing all civil technical office activities across projects. This role ensures the accuracy of designs, compliance with project specifications and standards, effective coordination among stakeholders, and timely delivery of all technical documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and supervise the civil technical office team, including engineers and draftsmen.

Review, approve, and coordinate civil shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.

Prepare and review quantity take-offs, BOQs, technical reports, and construction details.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and applicable codes and standards.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and other disciplines.

Provide technical support to site teams during construction activities.

Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site-related challenges.

Monitor project schedules and ensure timely submission and approval of technical documents.

Participate in value engineering, cost control, and technical optimization initiatives.

Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Maintain organized technical documentation, drawings, and revision control.
REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

10+ years of relevant experience
in civil technical office management within construction or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of civil works (structural, concrete, earthworks, roads, etc.).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related engineering software.
