Infrastructure Consultant (Director)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Consultant (Director Level) to lead the development and execution of a large-scale IT and AI infrastructure strategy for a government-backed digital transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement enterprise IT and AI infrastructure strategies aligned with national digital transformation goals
• Design and manage scalable cloud environments, data platforms, and AI infrastructure
• Lead the integration of AI/ML platforms, big data environments, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Define governance models, standards, and best practices for IT operations and infrastructure
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions
• Manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, and technology partnerships
• Ensure compliance with national regulations (NCA, SAMA, SDAIA) and international standards
• Build and lead internal infrastructure teams, focusing on knowledge transfer and capacity building

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure leadership roles
• Strong background in AI/ML platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture
• Proven experience in large-scale infrastructure projects in complex environments
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
