About the Role

Union Developers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Designer – Wet Utilities to support the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure works for large-scale development projects. This role is critical for aligning site execution with approved engineering designs, technical standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in wet utility infrastructure design, coordination with site teams, and preparation of technical drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review wet utility infrastructure designs including:
Water supply systems
Sewerage networks
Stormwater drainage systems
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site execution teams to ensure design compliance.
Review shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction activities.
Ensure infrastructure layouts comply with local authority regulations and project requirements.
Assist in resolving design conflicts and infrastructure coordination issues.
Maintain accurate project documentation and revision records.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in wet utilities or infrastructure design.
Strong understanding of infrastructure standards, design coordination, and site execution.
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
Civil 3D (preferred)
MS Office
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Experience working on housing societies, mixed-use developments, or large infrastructure projects is preferred.
