About the Role

Union Developers is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Designer – Wet Utilities to support the planning, coordination, and execution of infrastructure works for large-scale development projects. This role is critical for aligning site execution with approved engineering designs, technical standards, and project timelines.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in wet utility infrastructure design, coordination with site teams, and preparation of technical drawings and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review wet utility infrastructure designs including:
• Water supply systems
• Sewerage networks
• Stormwater drainage systems
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site execution teams to ensure design compliance.
• Review shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction activities.
• Ensure infrastructure layouts comply with local authority regulations and project requirements.
• Assist in resolving design conflicts and infrastructure coordination issues.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and revision records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in wet utilities or infrastructure design.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure standards, design coordination, and site execution.
• Proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Civil 3D (preferred)
• MS Office
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Experience working on housing societies, mixed-use developments, or large infrastructure projects is preferred.
