Infrastructure Draftsman

Job Summary

The Infrastructure Draftsman is responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and infrastructure layouts related to roads, utilities, drainage, and associated civil works in accordance with UAE authority standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare CAD drawings for roadworks, utilities, drainage, grading, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop shop drawings, profiles, cross-sections, and as-built drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and site teams for drawing updates.
• Ensure drawings comply with municipality and authority regulations.
• Maintain drawing registers and revisions.
• Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings when required.
• Review consultant comments and implement revisions.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship.
• 3–7 years of UAE infrastructure drafting experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Knowledge of RTA, DM, DEWA, and infrastructure standards.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per hour
