Infrastructure Draftsman (Wet Utilities & Buildings)

An AutoCAD Draftsman is responsible to creates detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD software, working with engineers to translate design concepts into precise blueprints. They interpret specifications, revise drawings as needed and maintain accurate drawing files. Key responsibilities also include collaborating with project teams, especially the coordination with surveyors, ensuring drawings meet project requirements and adhering to the client's standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with surveyor for preparing and settings of contract drawings
• Preparing layout drawings, shop drawings, section & cross section drawings and construction stage drawings
• Responsible in the preparation of As Built drawings, GIS drawings and GIS data
• Maintaining the drawing records issued by the Consultants
• Responsible for the GIS database preparation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of Experience in Sewerage or Infrastructure Projects and buildings.
• TSE/ AutoCAD Specialist

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills both written & oral English
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with persuasive abilities.
• Suits with timings and situation of works
• Ability to work for challenging assignments and tasks
• Proficient in computer software such as AutoCAD, Civil 30
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
