We are seeking an Infrastructure Enginee r to join our technology function. This role sits at the intersection of traditional infrastructure engineering and the expanding potential of automation and AI‑driven operations. With most of our environment hosted in Azure and a smaller on‑premise footprint, you’ll work hands‑on across a broad range of technologies while contributing to our modern infrastructure strategy

What you’ll be doi

ngAs an Infrastructure Engineer, you wil

• l:Participate in a 24/7 major‑incident on‑call ro
• taDevelop, support, and enhance infrastructure across multiple office locations and cloud environmen
• tsDesign and implement standardised templates, configuration baselines, and self‑service models for efficient cloud resource provisioni
• ngBuild and support solutions across compute, storage, networking, physical infrastructure, software, COTS, open‑source tools, and cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, Saa
• S)Automate repetitive or manual tasks to reduce operational overhead and improve consisten
• cyMaintain secure infrastructure components, including identity and access management, patching, and disaster recove
• rySupport high‑availability operations through robust processes, monitoring, and controls across cloud and on‑prem workloa
• dsMaintain awareness of information security risks and apply appropriate controls to mitigate threa
• tsApply modern engineering practices and infrastructure standar
• dsWork with third‑party vendors to ensure the health and availability of hosted or outsourced servic
• esCollaborate with the Security Operations Centre on threat detection and incident response activiti
• esTake ownership of incidents and problems through to resolution or formal handov
• erConduct root‑cause analysis to identify and address underlying issu
• esTroubleshoot across a wide range of infrastructure technologi

• forExperience managing infrastructure in a DevOps‑aligned environment, includi ng Infrastructure‑as‑C ode, automation, and enterprise monitoring tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Zabbix, Azure Monit

• ionHands‑on experience with Azure plus one of: AWS or Google Cl
