Infrastructure Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Project & Program Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of major infrastructure initiatives (network upgrades, data center migrations, cloud adoption, cybersecurity projects).
  • Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and status updates.
  • Apply project management methodologies

  1. Technical Leadership – Networks & Infrastructure
  • Provide direction on network architecture (LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, Firewalls, Load Balancers).
  • Oversee on-premises infrastructure (servers, storage, virtualization) and cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Ensure system performance, high availability, and capacity planning.

  1. Cybersecurity, Governance & Compliance
  • Embed cybersecurity best practices across infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure compliance with NIA and ISO frameworks (27001, 22301, 20000).
  • Lead audits, remediation, and creation of policies/procedures.

  1. Team, Resource & Vendor Management
  • Manage and mentor network engineers, sysadmins, and technical staff.
  • Oversee resource planning, capacity management, and workload allocation.
  • Manage vendors, SLAs, contract negotiations, and performance reviews.

  1. Financial, Procurement & Contract Oversight
  • Manage infrastructure budgets with a focus on cost optimization and ROI.
  • Lead RFP processes, technical evaluations, and procurement activities.
  • Own end-to-end contract management, renewals, and vendor governance.
  • Track KPIs and provide strategic reporting to senior management.
